My Story

I have been passionate about why people make buying decisions since I can remember, and focused my studies on psychology in order to get a better understanding of why we make the choices we do as consumers. Since university, I have worked in agencies and in-house, where I have continued to use my psychology background in order to help brands reach the right audiences.

My Approach

All of my strategies start with analytics. I need a full understanding of where a brand has been in order to visualise the next steps. This includes audiences they have reached, customers they have retained and the brand that their audiences see. From there, I can begin to create an all-round digital marketing plan across social, paid media, email and CRM in order to reach your required KPIs.
